The offers were so goo on the first week, that they closed bidding 7 days afterwards. At which point the out-towners came along.

The basement fills up with wather, the walls are moist and freezing cold in the winter because they're not insulated, that chimney's going to come down any moment, vampires have built a nest in the attick, there's something unspeakably horrific hiding in the shrubs, termites have eaten all the woodwork and every halloween the 'neighbours' leave their tombs and try to suck your brains through your skull.

It does have a convenience store close by, though.

Bart, you forgot about the crypt where all the local cats creep into and crap, and creep out again! I'm sure that Sim would be grateful if you turn up with your angle-grinder to install the electrics when they do find a place......

Cats are fine - damp in rhe crypt bedrooms however...
